Hongjia Yang

Hongjia Yang is an Affiliated Researcher at the Asia Society Policy Institute's Center for China Analysis. He is a senior student at the University of Virginia, pursuing a double major in Statistics and Politics. His research interests encompass the impact of domestic politics in the United States and China on their bilateral relations, with a particular emphasis on bureaucratic politics and the U.S.-China technological competition. Prior to joining the CCA, he was an intern at the Brookings Institution.
